IGP Côtes Catalanes - Cuvée l'Enverre Blanc
This "cuvée" come from old parcels of Macabeu and Grenache Blanc. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are carried out in Burgundian 300-liter barrels.
Elegant mineral nose with lemony notes. Round on the palate with a long finish that give to this wine originality.
IGP Côtes Catalanes Blanc
This wine come from a blending of old parcels of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc, completed with Carignan Blanc as well as Macabeu. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in Burgundian 300-liter barrels.
Lively, structured and refreshing attack. Elegant nose, developing aniseed, white fruits, vanilla and white flowers flavours. Round and smooth mouth. Fresh finish on soft tanins. This is a great expression of mediterranean grape varieties.
