IGP Côtes Catalanes - Cuvée l'Enverre Rouge
"Enverre cuvée" come from the oldest parcels of Grenache Noir and Carignan. This cuvée has been aged during 12 months in 300 and 500-liter barreld. The nose is intense, blending ripe fruits aromas with spices and vanilla ones. Tasty and round in the mouth : Enverre has a fine substance with an elegant expression of spices. This is a wine full of character with smooth tannins.
IGP Côtes Catalanes Rouge
This wine come from a blending of Grenache Noir, Carignan and Syrah. In the nose are mixing spices (menthol, pepper) and ripe red fruits aromas. Rich in the mouth, smooth with soften tannins. Pleasant freshness on the finish. Good ageing potential but could be drink right now. The velvety substance make it an enjoyable wine.
AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages
This wine come from a blending of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Carignan. It is aged in barrels during around 12 months. Intense and complex nose with ripe red fruits (cherry), spices (liquorice), roasted notes and chocolate.
Subtlety and elegance for this extremely round wine. Smooth finish with soft and round tannins. Great ageing potential. Racy wine with full of character. Passing into a carafe recommended.
