AOP Maury Blanc - Vin Doux Oxydatif - Cuvée L'Irrésistible
100% old Macabeu grapevines. Ageing in barrels since 2008, outdoors, which strengthen the oxydative side of the wine. Amber colour with golden glimmers. Intense nose of dry fruits and oxydative notes. The finish on the walnut give a lot of elegance to this original wine.
AOP Muscat de Rivesaltes - Vin Doux Oxydatif - Cuvée L'Effrontée
Muscat Petit Grain ageing since 2006 in barrels. Barrels three-quarters full are stored in the cellar. The wine develops beautiful yellow gold glimmers. Candied fruits and vanilla aromas that develop in the mouth to give a complex «bouquet». Beautiful acidity on the finish which harmonizes the wine’s balance.
